We are currently working on not one but TWO SHOWS and are looking for talent to join our ranks.

Favourite Friend - working title

This is a brand new show for Moon House which will be part written, part devised. Like all of our work, we look for people to fill certain roles however we always work collaboratively as an ensemble. Therefore, we aren't looking for lots of experience in the role. Instead we're looking for passion, playfulness and a good eye for what works. You must be willing to take risks and be vulnerable.

We are looking for the following -

ASSOCIATE PRODUCER - As an associate producer you will be working closely alongside Charlie, our executive producer and Ellen, our creative and artistic director, as well as the cast and director to help make the show happen and find it's audience. You must be organised, relatively tech savvy and creative. No experience is required although it may be beneficial. A good understanding of the role is more essential.

DIRECTOR - as the project director you will be in every cast rehearsal, working to ensure the show is coming together. You'll be granted a lot of creative freedom but you'll need to be able to work collaboratively with the rest of the team. No directing experience is necessary but an understanding of the role - this would be a great opportunity for an actor wanting to get into directing.

MALE ACTOR - we are looking for a male actor, any appearance. Accent is a benefit. You must be comfortable in a romantic role with implied sexual themes (although we would never make you do anything you were uncomfortable with!). The piece will involve devising so experience of that is beneficial. The show will likely be a two-hander so an ability to work intimately and vulnerably is good.

These roles are UNPAID however we intend to receive a funding award which will cover any expenses and hopefully ultimately end in payment for the project.

The Neat Freak

We are looking for an ENSEMBLE to join our production of The Neat Freak. We are very lucky to have had performance opportunities in Bath and Edinburgh with the show already and have some exciting performances lined up.

We are looking for actors of any look or gender who have strong movement and devising skills. They must be able to work well as an ensemble to embody the OCD portrayed on stage.

Rehearsals will be part-time and mostly based in Bath. As above this is currently an UNPAID job however we hope to be able to cover expenses and ultimately pay our companies for their work.

This will be cast through an audition workshop.
